Usually order from this pizza hut with no problems however tonight, I've ordered a pizza and received a completely different order to what's been advertised on their website and when I've called to complain, the staff have been absolutely useless. I ordered the Veggie sizzler, which shows a picture of a standard round pizza. What arrived is a small square flatbread! They've also sent a gluten free base! It's completely inedible! It's also burnt and they've not even bothered to cut it up! I will be writing to trading standards to complain as you are advertising something than is completely different when it arrives!

I recently visited the pizza hut Nuneaton branch and would like to share my positive experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. Our server Mr Saad was especially friendly and quick, always checking in to make sure everything was perfect. We will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family. Thanks

Used pizza hut delivery a few times now. Although we have had the odd occasion where we have waited a really long time for cold food, they have recently improved massively. Food was hot and really good and the service was exceptional. We have a difficult address to find and the driver had no issues finding it at all. Only 4 stars and not 5 as the price isn't massively competitive with other pizza places locally. Keep up the good work though guys!

Have used this place a few times and every time they get the order wrong. Today was no exception. Asked for no garlic topping. Guess what - had garlic topping.

I do worry about anyone with any allergies as they clearly pay no attention and add in everything anyway.

Can't be bothered to complain to them as all they will do is give me some sort of loyalty pizza slice. Given the complete lack of flavour on either of the pizzas I will definitely not be returning here anyway.

I have no idea how anyone loves the food from here, it tastes like freezer and has absolutely no flavour.

A few years ago the food used to be nice, but recently the ingredient quality seems to be substandard.

Surprisingly, customers want flavour not expensive, bland, tasteless pizzas.
There is also the strange obsession with covering the pizza crust in thirst inducing powder (which also tastes of nothing).

I'd recommend you save your money and avoid.

Order a pizza in store today, and it was really bad experience first time and last time,not going again to the pizza hut.
Pizza base was too thick, and not even proper cooked, even u can feel from the taste it's feel uncooked, and called the pizza hut same time when we took pizza home and he said bring the pizza back and get the money, but went to the shop and closed the shop, really disappointed and disgusting.

We had a derlievery Saturday night one pizza was not cooked to as should
Of been so made a phone call to Pizza Hut Nuneaton queens road then they said they was so so busy so they gave us a free whole
Repeated order full 2x pizza 2x sides and bottle of pop! really polite thanks asadad over the phone and derliever driver great service !! Food was perfect

Really lovely service from store manager Manpreet. We are students who went in for a pizza but unfortunately dropped our order, Manpreet was very kind and understanding of this and offered a replacement for the pizza as well as cleaning up. Great service, thanks. Once again, sorry for dropping the food!
