This sweet little gem sits in a neighborhood just west of downtown. In a nice evening, if you were staying downtown, you could grab a PikeRide bike and easily ride there.
The atmosphere is casual, and is quite loud being in a large open room. There is plenty of seating outside if the weather cooperates. You order at the counter and they bring your food and clear your table for you. You get your own water. It’s not a full service restaurant, but I don’t mind the idea.
The food is in smaller portions, so if you like to share, you’ll need a couple of dishes. I like the smaller portions, they are good enough for one person. I shared the kale Caesar salad, kale white bean soup, and a bowl of kale and sausage pasta. The soup could have used some more seasoning. All of them were very delicious. Our friends shared a pizza. The pizza was not your typical pile of cheese, sauce and toppings. It was simple and the dough was fresh and homemade. We all agreed we would go again and will add this to one of our restaurants that we would visit every few months.

Decided to try this place out and it disappointed. The pesto spaghetti was all basil, no garlic, and the noodles seemed rubbery. The Rocket salad was way too lemony. The white bean and kale soup looked like dirty dishwater but was actually passable. There focaccia bread was good though. For the price it wasn’t worth it unfortunately.

This is a lovely little neighborhood hole in the wall serving delicious Italian with fresh ingredients and unique offerings. Their pizza is very much identifiable as their own unique style amongst the plethora of other options in town. The setting is quaint, with a natural interior with wood finishes and plenty of plants, and a simple but charming back patio. I definitely recommend eating in.

I ordered their rocket salad for takeout and was bummed by the portion size, although the incredible flavor of the gorgonzola made up for it. Just wish it had a couple more handfuls of arugula, as I kind of expect a full take home container when ordering a $15 salad. The specialty summer pizza was delicious once reheated, and the focaccia was on point.

Adorable hole in the wall locale in a neighborhood which you wouldn’t normally come across if not on purpose. The food is of good quality and the atmosphere feels fresh and welcoming.

Oh what to say? This is probably my favorite place to get pizza in all of Colorado Springs. Although they don't open up till 3pm it is worth waiting for a late lunch/early dinner. My favorite would be the rocket pizza or the lasagna both are worth a visit. Every visit has been fantastic and will always be back for more!

Stellinas is the sweet spot between elegance and chill. The pizza here was so good. The crust was thin and the toppings were so fresh! The warm caprese salad was delicious! I truly enjoyed everything about this place. If you go, try the amaretto sour! It's unexpectedly delicious!

Stellina again proved to be an acceptable local place to eat and relax. Pizza are very good and offer a nice variety. The Lasagna portion could have been a little bigger considering the $15 cost, but otherwise tasty.

Hands down, some of the best pizza in COS! Crispy sourdough crust all around, and quality ingredients! The risotto was also amazing, the texture was perfect and really nice flavor.

My one minor critique was that the pizza came out 5-10 min before the risotto did, which I totally understand as it takes a while to cook. Just felt that the timing could have been a bit better as it can be a bit awkward when the other guest is waiting on their food for a while. Maybe just a fluke

Overall a great experience here and will definitely be back!
