I felt super comfortable shopping here. When I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed any help, and when I checked out the lady working there was just so sweet. I didn’t actually need to buy three lipglosses on top of what I was already buying, but her positive attitude made me WANT to do it for this store. Thank you.

OMG, I can't stand it this place is wonderful. These women are so supportive and so helpful. It's not always easy talking about sizes do to body image however Victoria's Secret and pink make you feel amazing. And there's so many people on the floor to help. Not to mention everything is so pretty and makes you feel beautiful. And look at my amazing bag they put my purchases in !!!!!!!?

Not that it matters to this multi-million dollar company, but they have lost a loyal customer. I’m very disappointed. I had to make an exchange for something and the only option was for them to place an order online. I specifically asked them how long it would take because if it was going to be too long, I’ll choose something else because I needed it. Told me 3-5 days. Great, awesome, I can do 3-5, even 7 days. We finish the transaction, Asher (I think that’s their name) prints the receipt and it says mid June (a whole month later). I ask why it says mid-June and they tell me “oh, I’m not sure why it says that. That’s wrong— it’ll be 3-5 days”. Low and behold, it’s been almost two weeks now and hasn’t even been shipped. Now I feel lied to. Did they tell me 3-5 days to meet some corporate # expectations for online orders? Because I made it clear I wouldn’t place the order if it had to take too long. I came back in and spoke with a lady, asking if they could cancel the order as it is on my account. Said I needed the receipt for it to double check the date. Does their system not allow them to look up customer accounts and see past history of what they’ve gotten? I asked her that and she said no, not without a receipt. I am beyond frustrated and will no longer be shopping at Victoria’s Secret. First the quality of their products went down yet the prices went up, now they have poor customer service. I’d rather get my bras at target or spend even more $$ to get a decent, high quality bra that I know will last and not have the underwire stab me. Not shopping at a VS again unless this problem is addressed.

Excellent staff, awesome variety of bras & panties for all type of breast & body sizes!! I love the selection choices, which allow me to buy the sets, making me feel aexy for myself & noone else! ❤

The staff here are truly phenomenal. Every time I have entered this store, it seems as though it’s the busiest place in the mall, but the staff is always willing to help & make things easier for the customer.
Holiday shopping is already stressful enough, & many stores brush off customers when they have a lot of business. This is not the case here. Every employee was very pleasant and helpful, even when I could tell they were working on things.
Thank you to everyone who helped me find things for holiday gifts & then some during a very busy Saturday today (12/10/22)!!

The lady checking me out was really friendly and patient while I figured out how best to use my milling coupons. I didn't catch her name, but she was wearing a black sparkly mask on the evening of September 3rd. I know I said it already but she was just so friendly and so kind. I really appreciated her service.
