I 100% recommend this credit union. They helped me with a loan to buy a car for my wife, The service of our advisor Ivan Jimenez is excellent, in just couple hours the loan was approved, he made the process really quick.

I highly recommend Texans Credit Union. My debit card was used fraudulently and their alert system notified me about it the same day. Kiara helped me to order a new card and sent the necessary docs to dispute the fraudulent charges. I have been a member for over 20 years and only hope Texans open a branch in Sherman, TX where we now reside. We have to drive to McKinney now so that would be great.

Have been with Texans since 1976 !
Service is good. Have had car loans and personal loan in 1976 !
Telephone call was answered promptly and helped answer my questions.
Interest rates on CD are very competitive and auto loans reasonable. New mobile and computer software was major upgrade.

I had great service today from Kiara C.
I called in with several issues and she took care of both issues in a short mater of time. She was very friendly and bubbly. She put a smile on, my face just talking to her. I wish I had more problems so I could keep talking to her. She brighten my day and help may day improve.

I love Texans Credit Union. They are the best bank because of their customer service, hands down better than any other bank. They are so personal there and always go over the top with kindness to serve their customers. I just requested a form overthe form and got to speak to Keyerra Reed from the main branch, and she was such a joy to speak with. The poor girl's computer froze on her, then after sending me the form, my phone would literally not give me access I had to download two new apps, and verify my email by code like 6 times and after that still didn't work. But of course she found a way to get the form to me, the whole time being sweet and a pleasure to speak to. My own branch in Carrollton also always helps me with anything I need and I am so thankful for them. If you live in Texas they are the best bank for sure.
