Eric is the greatest sports medicine guy alive! He educates me along with treating me every time I come in, and I love that. He helped me be ready to hike Kilamanjaro recently, and always helps me recover to do all the running, tennis and active things I love to do. ALSO- at today's visit, he recommended I visit a doctor as I may have a blood clot. I was checked right away, did have a clot and was able to start treatment, and I credit Dr. Eric for helping me avoid a possible terrible situation. He also treats my son who is a college track and cross country athelete. He is fantastic- cannot recommend him highly enough.

I have seen countless practitioners for orthopedic injuries and rehab over the years, but never one like Eric St. Pierre. I am very familiar with differently modalities used in the PT process having had a two level spinal fusion and most recently a partial knee replacement. I feel like I hit the jackpot having been introduced to ESP Sports Medicine. I'm confident that I will not only be back to where I was pre-surgery, but stronger, more mobile and set up for injury prevention going forward.

In just 4 treatments over 4 weeks (my choice to see him that frequently, he certainly didn't push me to come back at a specific cadence), I have made more progress than I had in 4 months. I am not only pain free, but have increased mobility, gained back strength and am performing better on my bike and in the gym than I had anticipated.

Eric's treatments are not painful and deceptively effective in a short period of time. He takes the time to listen carefully, educate and offers the opportunity to ask questions and "test" treatments for efficacy before committing to lengthy and costly treatment plans.

I couldn't be happier to have found him. I am finally feeling incredibly hopeful and positive about my recovery!

Eric is now on my roster!! I messed my back up working out outside in the cold. I came in and described what happened and he literally pressed on two points on my lower back (SI joint) and said “Here?”. YUP! Did some scraping and adjustments and some
Cupping and I was able to do my full
Workout to full power 3 days later. My trainer is now making her own appointment with him, she was so impressed. He takes a full body approach, which I really appreciated. And then followed up with me the next day to see how I was feeling. No one does that anymore.

I have been seeing Eric since the fall of 2021. His expertise in sports recovery is what got me through a lot of college gymnastics. His awareness of what an athlete needs to do to get back to their sport is truly spectacular. He was able to help me through an 8 week program to get me back to gymnastics after completely tearing my labrum. Helped me to finish my senior season and referred me to other INCREDIBLE doctors around to help me with the process.
He is also incredibly personable, he always keeps things light and fun when working with you. But that is not to say that he spent less time or care while I was working with him. In fact, I feel that the way he was able to connect with me over my time knowing him helped me to relax and trust his processes more as he treated me.
Finally, the kind of treatments he does are way more "massage" based instead of exercise based. Through my athletic career, I always struggled with finding someone who would work on me during the time I was with them instead of just showing me exercises. Eric is a fantastics example of someone who is able to do both and knows to spend time working on you as well.

I've been seeing Eric for many years and for a variety of issues, including recently to help me recover from having a hip replacement.
