1st time here.. we were greeted very nicely.. gave us the run down and we ordered a few slices. Service was quick and the atmosphere was very cool.. Pizza was delicious and I will definitely come back for more Pizza and to try other stuff.. Had a very nice experience..

We ordered takeout for the office from Home Slice last week. They don’t offer delivery so someone had to run over to pick it up, but it was easy. We ordered the Margherita pizza, Sausage and Ricotta pizza, Pepperoni and Mushroom pizza, Garlic Knots and the Italian assorted sub. The pizza was hot, fresh and enormous (we ordered the large). Knots and sub were also both great, though some were disappointed to find that the Italian comes with mayo on it. Haven’t been to the restaurant in person but definitely recommend their take out!

I had lunch on a Monday. Found one parking spot in front of restaurant, but the parking lot was very small and the only draw back.
Staff were friendly and courteous. Pizza was excellent, really good! Thin crust and delicious. They offered slices as well as entire pies. Lots of options as well as Sicilian pizzas.
I would definitely recommend and I hope to be back here again.

I have eaten at Home Slice in Austin and am glad it is now in Houston. My favorites are the Eggplant Pie and the Cherry pepper and Pepperoni Pizza. In fact, this is the only place I would order eggplant on my pizza! If you go in, they do offer slices and have specials daily. Parking is a little difficult as the parking lot is small.

I’m so glad we stopped by! We were heading to an Astros game, and this place was on the way. We had the Italian sub, which was the best I’ve ever had. The bread was delicious and homemade. We’ll definitely be back!

I lived/worked downtown for years now, have passed this place countless times. Of all the mistakes I’ve made in life I would rank that amongst the top; THIS PLACE IS INCREDIBLE. Home slice? More like a slice of home. A culinary experience worthy of Michelin awards. Hands down some of the best pizza you’ll get in the city (country?) Great team that cares about sourcing quality ingredients. 10 out of 10 would recommend. ? would’ve posted my food but I blacked out before finding my empty plates.

It’s a chic place ! Cozy inside and a large seating space on the outside . They have vegan, vegetarian and meat pizzas and a couple of desserts and drinks to pick from. They have a limited menu but everything is nice !

The pizzas are served by smiling faces and servers are kind and friendly!

Nice little place in Midtown, but it's not a full-service pizza place like Star. You order at a counter, and pick a seat, then your order is brought to your table.

The pizza is tasty, but realize that they have only two choices: slices (hence the name) and full pies that start at 16 inches (!!!). I suppose I mention that because like some other places, the slices sit behind a glass case (as full pies), and are heated before serving them to you. But they're good.

The place has five slice flavors per day, and the flavors change daily. My first visit (the night I wrote this), I got pepperoni and sausage with garlic (and it was a bit heavy on the garlic). If you want anything more custom than that, you're looking at a full pie.

As for the atmosphere, I really liked it! Very chill, very relaxed, kind of lounge-y (but not as dark). The interior has lots of older fixtures and decor, the exterior has a patio with seating for probably about 20-30. As a caution, the parking lot itself doesn't have many spaces, so be prepared to park on the street and hoof it a short distance.
