Today i visit pizza hut in DLF mall of India after a long time to try their new menu of Momo Pizza. But i disappointed because i asked for a meal and want a meal and the meal is with Pepsi asked to upgrade it with Masala lemonade but they denied after that i ordered separate and the ask to charge for tomato ketchup I surprised how you can eat pizza without tomato ketchup. I paid them. Really i disappointed. In future i will never visit Pizza Hut they down grade their value in India as compare to Dominos Pizza.

Pizza hut has amazing pizzas and other stuff as usual. However service needs to improve a bit. I have visited this outlet many many times, however things were a bit laid back this time. We had to call for thr menu many times before we finally got it and then the same happened while we waited to place our order. It wasn't overcrowded even though it was a weekend.
However once the food arrived, we loved every bite of it -- pizzas, drinks, garlic bread everything was top notch. We order meal for two - which included veg surprise pizza, cheesy garlic bread, chocolate lava along with masala lemonade and added an extra margarite pizza for our kids. It was more than sufficient for is four - two adults and two kids.
Just loved it.
So overall it was a wonderful dinner for us.
Will definitely visit again.

Pathetic experience.

Pizza hut has degraded it's quality, ambiance and even the service was so slow we had to wait for a long time.

The pizza was average, it felt like toppings on a readymade base.

The cold drink pitcher we ordered had flat cold drink and the glasses they served were dirty.

I'm highly disappointed with the service and even food.
There are other food joints as well in the mall I would recommend you to invest your time there.

These are pizzas strictly for those not looking for authenticity but for Indian-ness: tandoori, lots of spice, kebab filling in the crust - not at all what pizza would mean to an Italian.

The restaurant is not a self-service style, so you're waited on. But when we visited, the wait staff seemed unable to cope. Part of our order was forgotten and the waiter had to be reminded about it; even simple things like taking our order was delayed.

But we were with kids who enjoyed it a lot, so that counts.

I recently ordered a pizza worth 1000 Rs from Pizza Hut, expecting a treat for my family. Unfortunately, the experience was nothing short of a disaster.
When I asked for an extra cup for my baby, the staff outright refused! It was such a small request, yet they acted like it was the most outrageous thing to ask for. I won’t be returning anytime, If they can’t even accommodate a simple request for a child, how can they expect anyone to return? I left feeling frustrated and ripped off.
Do yourself a favor: skip Pizza Hut entirely and find a place that values its customers. You deserve better!

簡單吃一餐的好選擇，也適合單人用餐。Pizza 各種口味都好吃，辣味烤雞翅也挺好的，不過點了奶油蘑菇意麵太鹹了實在很難吃下去，可樂是無法續杯的，可樂應該是要有氣泡冰冰涼涼的，可是端上來的可樂感覺像是已經到出來好久了。 店內服務人員雖然很多，但似乎只有一個服務員在服務，要點餐送餐還要結帳，所以等了有點時間。 如果只是來吃 Pizza 倒是還會再來。

Worst Pizza ever head firstly the size for medium pizza was not proper and taste was also bad, some kind of smell was coming from the pizza.

Pasta was sour and bad in taste seems like ate from some third class road side stall.

Pizza Hut has gone down like anything, very poor experience.

This Pizza Hut Restaurant in Mall of India is unique in itself. It has a balcony like sitting where by one can enjoy good view while relishing tasty pizzas. The Pizzas and pasta are the famous cuisines of the place. This is comparatively new restaurant to others in the adjacent malls.

We always happen to have a good experience at Pizza Hut but this one time I felt one of the staff was not up to the mark. Either that could be attributed to the staff being new or it was negligent habitual behaviour showed by the staff. My reference is to a female staff (I don't remember the name though) who happen to be more inclined towards male customers. Even though I had to pay the bill, and there were two people dining yet she was speaking with the male friend of mine. While speaking with me she made faces and was showing attitude as if doing me a favour by serving food. In addition to this she did not know how to swap the debit card on the machine and instead of asking her own staff she was asking my male friend to help her with it which I found to be unprofessional.

It was only when one of the more sincere female staff who I assume was senior to the to the one who was serving us, came to our rescue.

I applaud the latter who was very hospitable and decent and even rectified the mistake of serving us with plain garlic breadsticks where as we had ordered cheese garlic bread sticks.

Other than the new staff causing disaster and annoyance, I think the Pizzas, Pastas and the must try of the menu cheese garlic bread sticks(refer to the pictures attached which only costed 170 or so without taxes is a must try) tasted heaven and I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Pizza Hut.
