The pizza was very nice and the service excellent they were very chatty that we didn’t realise the 15min wait time was over. Hope you keep up the good service

I don't know what has happened to the Andover Pizza Hut! Whatever has happened, I think they've gone fully 'pre-made' corporate and it definitely shows. Their pizzas were rubbery and tasteless. We WERE ordering from them for ages. It had been a little while and thought we'd go for a treat! We went online like previous times! Noticed right away the menu had changed, not to mention our favourites were completely gone. Order history, gone! Wow ok this is not looking good!

We got to the point where my husband and I both were struggling to do our pizzas!! We DID manage in the end, but what we got was SO awful!!! And ridiculously over price and SO NOT worth it!!

What EVER they have done It's *awful* I think the chain itself has done something because we tried to go to the dine in restaurant in Amesbury and it was ridiculous (We left). However Andover Pizza Hut, major thumbs down, won't order from you guys again. Papa John's is our back up!! (Domino's is too sweet and they don't cook their bases long enough!)

Ordered 3 pizzas but only 2 arrived. How hard can it be? Had to call to ask for the other one which then took 35 minutes to arrive, by which time mine was cold because I couldn't eat in front of my child. The "complimentary" ice cream was put on the box and was completely melted. Terrible service.

Started using Pizza hut in Andover at least once a week for lunch always great service and less than £5 each and always friendly helpful staff.

Genuinely horrific they give you the wrong food then begin shouting in a foreign language at you before telling you if you want a refund you have to contact head office ? which is total rubbish before they then eventually give you a refund in cash despite the fact you paid on card… which I suspect is because if they give a refund they have to produce a report on the reason it was given so for them to pull a couple of scrunched up 10r’s out their back pocket is more convenient. Whatever you do, go to dominos because this place is shocking.

OMG!!! What a pile of sloppy tasteless pizza, I say pizza reluctantly as I’ve had better in the value range at supermarkets. Don’t waste ur money please….

What bad customer service, we ordered it for asap at 5:45, the earliest slot to book being 6:30. Estimated time being 6:25-6:35, phoned them at 6:45 because it still hadn't come, the woman on the phone said 5-6 minutes. 15 minutes later I phone again, still hadn't turned up, asked them how long it was going to be, she said 4-5 minutes, I then said, that's what you said 20 minutes ago. I then asked for some kind of discount because of how late it was. She then proceeded to hang up the phone whilst I was half way through talking. Really disappointed in how rude the woman on the phone was. Do not recommend at all.
