I had an absolutely terrible experience at this pizzeria on a Friday evening. I placed my order online well in advance, expecting it to be ready on time. However, I ended up waiting over 30 minutes after arriving, with no updates or apologies from the staff.

To make matters worse, when I expressed my frustration about the wait, the staff member simply told me to cancel the order if I was tired of waiting—without so much as an apology. This level of rudeness and lack of professionalism is unacceptable.

If you can’t handle online orders during busy times, don’t offer the service. Completely disappointing experience.

My pizza was delayed for more than 2 hours, and I've been trying to call, but nobody answered. I want a refund. This has never happened to me before, and I'm not sure what's going on. I'm really unhappy. This morning, I found my pizza left outside, and I got missed calls from DoorDash at 10:50 PM even though my pizza was ordered at 7:35 PM. Nobody called to apologize or explain what happened. I'm not sure if they have new management. I've been ordering from there for more than 20 years, and this is the first time something like this has happened. I want my refund.

I found a long black hair on my pizza imbedded with the cheese (I have cooper hair as showed in the pictures I’ve attached) called the store initially not to complain but just so they’re aware as I had worked in the food industry before but no one answer the phone either.

They need at least two employees there. They only had one person running this location. He was nice and the pizza was good though.

A pretty nice place, It’s a small lobby and only one bench. I highly recommend buying their stuffed crust.

Mario was cool, however due to shortage of staff my order wasn't right.
I understood this given it was new years eve.

Delicious pizza. My favorite. Friendly workers. Also really love the chicken poppers so good. Really good pizza and affordable.$11 for a large pizza if you pick it up now thats a good deal. Parking is tough at times. Family friendly prices.

I've ordered from this place a few times and the services were good but this one ruined it for me. Ordered the 6 cheese breadsticks through their app and said it was gonna be 15-25 min. Went to pick them up at 25 min and they were not even ready. Took 30 minutes as a carry out order to be ready. Seemed like they were just making them. Not happy and reconsidering ordering from them or the app in the future.
