These guys are great! I'm a property maintenance company and am dropped in the deep end with access control systems I'm not familiar with and I get stuck sometimes.
I call the tech guys at ESP and they are so patient working through fixing the system with me on the phone. Chris at ESP has always made sure I'm all sorted before leaving the phone and gives me the best advice around.
I can't speak highly enough of the staff at ESP and I'd like to thank them very much.

Cameras and the lack of features are diabolical! And the app is awful…. Stay away as there are better cameras for the same money

I had an ESP 8 camera CCTV installed at my home, it works moderately well if you want to view live from your phone, but to set it up to view and record on a PC is a mess and the instructions and pictures in the manuals do not represent what you see on the screen. to be honest it is so difficult and complicated I wish I had gone with a cheap alternative, at least I could bin it if it didn't work but this ESP product is not really worth the money as a good CCTV system and I am disappointed with it.

I'm sorry my place at work has just moved in nextdoor 2 this warehouse . So I honestly can say I haven't a clue what they do . From what I have seen so far the place is clean friendly and polite . Ample parking with Disabled parking.

That's the last straw with esp products and their apps.
Nothing works properly. The apps are awful and are obviously not correctly written and definitely have not got a professional software development team working on them. So many bugs and user issues.
Esp looks very much like basic poorly developed products with fancy packaging and wording.
The CCTV cameras have obviously never been correctly field tested for installation issues. Dome cameras you can't tilt or turn to certain positions because the mounting base has plastic lugs that get in the way of the cable exiting the rear of the camera.
Have had more than enough issues with various products of theirs and wasted a monumental amount of labour time trying to get the products up and running.
No more purchasing of esp products for me anymore.

I needed some advice on software settings for a newly installed GuardCam Deco unit and telephoned their Redditch HQ for support. Was put through very quickly for technical advice and the query was dealt with in a matter of seconds. Very impressed with both the equipment and the service.

Utter junk. Had an 8 channel 4K system installed, 2 cameras steam up, one permanently. User manual is brief to say the least, doesn't describe much of the menus so guess your way through some of the set up.
Motion detection doesn't work at night and I have one channel which will not record unless I use manual record.

The app is very basic compared to other some competitors.
