I feel uncomfortable writing this review...cause the groomer seemed to be a nice person, and I was bought in by nice reviews. But...beware of services. I brought my cat for a simple bath. No permission to walk in and watch was given, justified by COVD which has been gone a while ago. When I got my cat back, her 3 paws were bleeding, and she felt scared and kept hiding for a week. At home bleeding got worse, and I examined her paws. Two of her claws were missing and wounds were bleeding heavily. This is how animals loose their trust to their owners.

This was our first visit to ESP and we were very happy with the entire experience. Mark was brilliant, not just with our cat, but with us as well. Throughout the 20 minutes we were there he talked to all of us and shared valuable tips and advice. The service itself was quick and very professional. Our cat needed a sanitary trim and her nails done and Mark completed it with the gentlest touch. No fuss, no anxiety for anyone. Definitely recommend!

I adopted a 3 year old golden doodle and took her to Petsmart to have her groomed. Part way through the grooming they called me and said she was trying to bite them and they would not continue and to come pick up my dog. She looked completely ridiculous half groomed.
I called my vet for advice and they referred me to Mark at ESP Grooming. He had no issue grooming her and was done in 45 minutes. She looked great. Mark will be grooming my dog from now on.

The owner, Audrey, from Precious Paws (signage reads, "ESP Grooming") is amazing!

My friend has been taking her dog to for years. Today, I went with her and now I see why she's a recurring client; the areas are kept extremely clean, Audrey is very friendly and her servicing costs is very reasonable.

There are two grooming businesses which share the unit space. The location is along Highway 7 and east of Yonge, and is a rented warehouse unit.

I'm newer to Toronto so it was an adventure to me because the area is more industrial. Oh, I loved the two ceramic dogs on either side of the enterence doors!
