ITS SO GOOD !! I stopped by for lunch just cuz I was in the area and got a slice to go. I love that they have good verity of pizza with out being overwhelming with options, also some pretty unique combos ! It surpassed my expectations and I will be back

The reviews don’t lie! Delicious NY Style Pizza…
The staff, especially Natalia, were incredible! Natalia gracefully juggled the deluge of walk in customers, the never ending phone in orders, the delivery and service of in house customers AND managed to happily make change for the kiddos playing video games. I’ve never seen a more impressive multi-tasker! Whatever you’re paying her Bilbo’s…it’s not enough. That girl is priceless! Thanks for a delicious delightful Wednesday night!

Bibo's NY Pizza is a solid choice for a quick and casual pizza fix. It's located conveniently in a strip mall with plenty of parking, which is a major win in San Jose. Inside, the vibe is chill and family-friendly. They've got a few arcade games, and there are TV screens tuned to sports.

I was seated immediately, and the service was fast throughout my visit. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, with the covered patio being a nice option for enjoying a slice al fresco.

Of course, the star of the show is the pizza. They offer pizza by the slice, which is perfect for trying different combinations or grabbing a quick bite. You can choose from their pre-made slices or design your own custom masterpiece. I went with a classic pepperoni slice and a white pie slice with ricotta, mozzarella, and fresh basil.

The pepperoni slice was the real winner. The crust was exactly what you'd expect from a New York-style pizza: thin, crispy, and hand-tossed to perfection. The cheese was fresh and melted beautifully, and the pepperoni itself delivered that perfect balance of salty, savory, and slightly sweet flavors. It was a symphony in every bite!

The white pie slice was decent. The ricotta and mozzarella were fresh, but overall it lacked the punch of the pepperoni. Maybe a drizzle of olive oil or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes would have taken it up a notch.

Overall, Bibo's NY Pizza is a 4-star experience. It's a great spot for a casual meal with something for everyone. With its friendly atmosphere, fast service, and delicious (especially the pepperoni!) pizza by the slice, Bibo's is a solid option for a satisfying and fun pizza experience.

Always delicious tasting pizza and wings. They have more than just your standard specialty pizza. My favorite is the Garlic Chicken pizza. It has creamy ranch sauce with whole roasted garlic cloves, bacon, basil, and chicken just the perfect toppings for this pizza. Wings are always smackin and flavorful. I live on the other side of town and will always come out of my way to order here for pickup. I've been here plenty of times for dine in and the atmosphere and vibes are always on point on game day. Never any issues and the service is always friendly and prompt! Not pictured are the wings that I ate on the way home lol.

My 100% to go place for amazing slices! Solid choice of NY pizzas with really good combinations of components, huge sizes and warm homey ambiance of this place make me come back over and over again. Special pleasure is to watch how their cooks work on dough and all the crew works as a one organism. Also the place is cool to watch any games! Screens, flavorful pizza and beer there’s no football fan that can ignore it(:
