*Disturbing Experience - Never Coming Back*

I had only been to Kaffe Klatsch once before, but my sister and her husband go there often and really like the place. Unfortunately, after today’s visit, we won’t be returning.

We had a reservation for 11:30 and arrived in two groups. The first two of us sat down at our table, but when our friends arrived with a well-behaved dog, we were suddenly asked to move, supposedly because the dog would "disturb" other guests—despite the fact that other customers were actually enjoying the dog’s presence.

We then ordered drinks, and my caramel cappuccino was basically just sugar. I had to ask for a normal one, which took quite a while. One of my friends ordered a hot chocolate with oat milk, and the waiter was oddly stressed and difficult about it.

Things got worse when some of us wanted to order from the breakfast menu, which ends at 12:00. The waiter took so long to come to our table that it was already 12:10 when we could finally order. One of my friends calmly pointed out that we missed the breakfast cutoff because of the delays and the table change. Instead of handling it professionally, the waiter completely lost control.

He became aggressive, got right in my friend's face, and started yelling in front of the entire café. Then, outrageously, he told us to "get lost" and leave.

It was shocking, especially since we later found out that this person was actually the manager. The food might be good, and I understand that every place can have bad days, but this level of harassment is unacceptable.

My husband and I have been regulars at Café Klatsch in Oberursel for years, so we decided to invite our friends for a birthday brunch. Unfortunately, we were deeply disappointed by the incredibly rude service. The owner verbally harassed one of my friends and, without any real cause, kicked us out of the café with the words “verpisst euch.” Having worked in several restaurants and cafés myself, I know the importance of treating customers with respect, which seems to be something the owner here doesn’t understand. We won’t be returning.

The atmosphere wasn’t really that good and its the same for the food. The service was really nice but it took long for them to serve us. After we ate our food we paid and went home directly.

Well prepared and presented meal, the reception of guests by the bar attendants, waiters and waitresses are in order and encouraging to attract one often visiting to chill with good atmosphere.

Our waiter was very nice and the atmosphere was very relaxed. We had some tea, coffee and sweet treats and liked all of it.
