Me and my 5 year old loved it! ? the games are clean, the food was good, the ranch is always ?. My son could barely contain his excitement trying to eat his food bc he was distracted. ?

Was not happy at all....my family and I was there for maybe a hour and thirty minutes and watched them make the same type pizzas the entire time we were there. There was no sausage nor beef pizzas AT ALL. Not even served as an additional topping on any other pizza. Other than the desert pizzas they Only served Pepperoni, Cheese, BBQ Pizza, and two types of Chicken Pizzas I Believe. My issue come in when I asked the cashier if they were going to serve any sausage pizza and she told me she would have them make me one, so I said ok. So I waited and waited and still only the same Pizzas came out. So again after an hour and a half my family and I left...

Food. well what can I say, it is pizza. Italians may argue that it's not real but could anybody dispute the fact that it is good and fills me up? Italians chill out Amicis. Cicis was the first buffet I went to when I moved to america. It stole my "Cuore" from day one.
I have a small observation. From the last time I visited cicis in Owasso, the cinnamon rolls dont look the same, they are not as thick as they were before. What happened? Are they on a diet? Hehehehe
Service was great. The lady cleaning the tables walks around with a smile.
The bathrooms were clean and smelled good.

11/14/24 at 5pm we really enjoyed everything if something was needed it was handled fast may I add i also watch the manger he needs a raise he helps with everything like jumpsuits right in hands on with food checking people in help fix the ice machine in the back making sure they are doing there job helping in the play room like he really holds the place together you don't see a lot of younger people working as he was i will definitely be returning ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had amazing service from Gregory. We unintentionally rushed them with a pretty big party as soon as the doors open. He did an amazing job communicating with us and making things right. Also, I also didn’t expect to come and my wings taste so good! I was really impressed.

Just wanted to share. The service was outstanding! There was a gentleman interacting with the customers providing excellent public relations I asked him if he's the manager and he said yes! Keep up the excellent work and I hope the owners know what an awesome job you do!

We usually go to the CiCis in broken arrow on Kenosha… tried this one last night and I was very disappointed. We arrived at about 6:45, it was semi busy. There was hardly any pizza out on the buffet. Who ever chops the veggies for the salad bar needs to be trained. It was just all around depressing. I wouldn’t let my daughter use the restroom because it was filthy. Never returning again! Go to the Broken Arrow CiCis! Much better environment, service and food at that location.
