Went to ESP Locksmith to get a few keys made. It's conveniently located with plenty of nearby parking. They have an incredibly wide array of locks, keys, safes, keychains and lanyards and so much more. Aysia the young lady who helped me was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable as well. She answered all of my questions pertaining to my specific purchase as well as all of my random "do you have" and "what're these" type questions as well. All with a smile while completing my order. This shop handles everything related to locks and keeping things locked in a safe secure manner. They even have mobile service. Lock their number into your phone!

I had somebody come to my house about a year ago maybe a little longer to put a lock into my bedroom, but he put on the wrong lock. He put on a lock that when you close the door, you need a key to open it every time no he was supposed to come back and replace the lock which he never did. I never heard back from them, so now the lock is coming out and I’m stuck in my bedroom because it doesn’t open up Anymore And the lock i It’s not secure anymore. It was a very unprofessional crappy job, I’ve complained about this before, but they never called me back or responded to any of my messages stay away from their business

This place took advantage of me in a vulnerable situation. I was working in the area but live 3 hours away, I ended up breaking my truck key in half and after giving them a call, the lady said to give her 5 minutes to get me an estimate, 5 minutes turned to 15 so I called again just for some guy to answer, his name was Eyal said if I waited till tomorrow it would be in the low $200's. When I explained my situation, he said $300 for the drive and labor, I was only 7 minutes from the shop, to add insult to injury he said the key he gave me only cost him $5, and it took him no more than 5 minutes of labor. He highly recommended I give him cash or zelle him the money. I feel like they took advantage of my situation and don't recommend them

When I lost my keys (Prius key and set of house keys), I was devastated. The AAA driver suggested I call ESP Locksmiths because he had heard they handled electronic car keys on a less expensive basis than the dealership.

had the best price in town for cutting a car key from code (no chip, $45). did it right Away for me. for what is worth the key blank seems really nice too, made in Italy, nice shape. I like that it doesn't have any rubber on it. seems like they are doing things the right way here

Esp locksmith is fantastic! Eyal was fast and efficient- I needed both new car keys and a house door key and he did both at the same time. He even came back the next day when I regretted choosing the same lock key as my front door and side door. Amazing! If you need any locksmith services, choose ESP. Also, loved that they had multiple payment options and great phone services. Nice customer service help on the phone is crucial! Thanks again ESP.

Had a super experience with ESP. Aysia was super efficient, her communication was spot on and she was on top of everything. Equally great was the service provided by the technician. I had called a couple of other locksmiths and they either called back and never heard from them again or they weren’t on their game from a service and communication perspective.
