Unfortunately I wish I had gone with another company. When I said I needed a dumpster for a unit that we were removing tile and insulation from attic I asked what size and weight was recommended and I was told by this company that a 15 yard dumpster with a 1000lb weight limit would be efficient, and was given a price of $305. Another company quoted me $315 for the same size and 2 tons so to save money we went with this option. We ended up only dumping about 700sq ft worth of tile in the dumpster. And didn’t even need it for the insulation like we thought and somehow we went over weight and received a $70 charge for going overweight. When I called to ask about the fee I was given an explanation basically saying I should have gone with a different company that offered more weight, and she didn’t acknowledge that perhaps her staff steered me wrong and gave me a wrong recommendation based off of needing it for tile even though I was certain I gave the correct information of what I needed it for. Save yourself the trouble and go with a company that offers the same thing with triple the weight capacity for only an additional $10 instead of being told this is all you need and then being charged a ton afterwards. I have never taken the time to leave a poor review but think it’s necessary to save people from using this company. Very unfortunate.

El día de hoy tuvimos una mala experiencia con esta compañía que no era precisamente el servicio para nosotros sino para una propiedad frente a la nuestra, resulta que el encargado de dejar un contenedor de basura ha hecho todas sus maniobras en nuestro draveway de pavers, pido a esta empresa que tome en cuenta esta denuncia para evitar problemas en el futuro, no me parece justo invadir una propiedad ajena y dañarla por su propio beneficio.
