Received amazing customer service after calling a couple local plumbing supply companies that were not friendly nor helpful. They had me taken care of in minutes and gained me as a customer from now on. Shipped out VERY quickly too 🙂

Do not physically buy from this store, it is already closed, and they only sell online, the bad thing is that they do not warn customers on their website

Amazing customer service! Had an issue with one of the Viqua filters I purchased, customer service responded within an hour of me emailing them and were very helpful and kind in replacing the filter I had an issue with. I also received my order within one day of purchasing (I'm outside of San Antonio). I'll be ordering from ESP every year, definitely!

I ordered the wrong filter a couple of times thinking it was a faulty membrane. Turns out the faulty was me. Lol. Not only did they help me exchange what I could but they also altered my history so that I would not even see that incorrect filter and get confused about which number was the correct one and which one was the wrong one (they are 1 number different.) That is above and beyond customer service. All companies should train their employees to be kind and helpful like ESP Water.

I ordered replacement filters for a culligan 30 system. The filters did not fit. When I called and said I needed to return they made me pay for the shipping back to their warehouse. And didn’t refund me the entire purchase cost because of their shipping cost. Would definitely not do business with them again. Check other places for better price and customer service.
