Definitely an incredible dining experience....
We started by walking in and having the owner greet us. He's a fun guy; chatty and rocks flip flops in the cold. Our waitress was sweet and attentive. Now for the food:
All of it was good. Very good! But I anticipated that our favorite dish would be the "Two forks" (dry aged 45-day ribeye). To my surprise, the ribeye didn't even compare to the Polenta Ai Funghi. This polenta was so creamy and flavorful that I regret not eating more polenta in life! I've been lucky enough to go to Italy, and I don't even remember the polenta there being this amazing! The Tortellni Di Coniglio (rabbit tortellni) and Tiramisu were also very good and authentic.

This Italian restaurant was pretty good better than I expected but not quite perfect. I definitely reccomend trying it out! The service was superb! Our server was very friendly and checked on us quite often. The food was very good and the atmosphere was nice as well. We all had the lasagna. We also had the burrata which was very flavorful. We may hit this place up once more before we leave.

This was such a hidden gem that was incredibly happy that I stumbled upon. Their polenta appetizer was easily the best polenta I’ve ever had in my entire life. I know you might be tempted to get the calamari but trust me on this one, don’t! Get the polenta, you won’t regret it. The lasagna was delicious and their old fashion was also very tasty. The atmosphere is great, even if it is a little small, it’s perfectly cozy.

It's not fair to downgrade the food to a 4-star just because the service was even better, so five stars for each, but the service was fantastic (Thanks, Donitza!). The filet mignon with herb butter and asparagus in a tangy-fruity glaze/reduction was a rare treat, and well worth getting. I sampled also the lobster ravioli with scallops and it was perfect. Hard to choose between surf or turf, so dine with a partner and split both.

Dined here with a bachelorette party and we had a fantastic time. The food was incredible. Multiple people at the table ordered the lasagna and said it was the best lasagna they had ever eaten. The salad with goat cheese ice cream was innovative and fresh, and my bolognese was delicious. Between the multiple appetizers, entrees, and desserts, we didn’t have a single dish that we didn’t enjoy. What really shined here though was the service. From the host, the waiter, the bartender, and even kitchen staff, they all treated us like we were the only people in the restaurant, but were clearly doing the same for all of the tables. Highly recommend Fattoria!

Tonight i took my girlfriend to Fattoria, we just drove here from California so we were looking for a nice spot to grab dinner at! We had the pleasure of meeting JOSH. He was excellent, he had the perfect mix up input and giving us space! Never felt rushed or overwhelmed. Everything was on point and he had great suggestions. Thank you sir for the great experience.

Came for dinner and immediately was blown away by the flavors and great service. Went during off season, but the experience was still amazing. The burrata made me feel like I was back in Italy. All their veggies are super fresh and actually grown nearby. For entres we had the filet which was mouthwatering, then the pasta with chicken and pesto, and for dessert tiramisu. We ate every last bite and were very satisfied overall.

One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a very long time. The service provided by Josh was personal and friendly, yet non intrusive and mindful. We always had everything we needed, exactly when we needed it. He was on top of it every step of the way.

The food was incredible, some of the most comprehensive and thought out plates in the area. Everything from the calamari and mussels, to the filet and rabbit tortellini are well thought out and executed.

Worth it to make a stop as you travel on I70 or are staying in Vail, Beaver Creek, or Avon. What an awesome experience, thank you Josh and Eli!
