My husband and I toured at IMT Lowry after a recent out-of-state move from Washington. We toured with Greg J. and he made us feel welcome and was very helpful and answered all of our questions! While we ultimately decided to move to a different city, we really liked the IMT community.
Highlights:
- We toured an A1upgrade unit (1 bedroom) which comes with an attached 1 car garage! We did not see this anywhere else we toured. The unit was just a little too small for what we needed.
- 24/hr access to the gym and indoor amenities (pool table).
- Lots of open parking.
- The grounds and outdoor amenities were beautiful and well maintained.
- Community felt safe and friendly.

While we ultimately did not end up leasing here - I would highly recommend this community if you want to stay in the Lowry area!

You guys changed the whole management team, and the assistant manager trumped up charges on my return deposit on things like trash (several times), carpet, etc.. So after a previous encounter, I didn't want to speak with him. So, after speaking to Greg, the manager about these charges; he gives me some hogwash about instead of moving from apartment to apartment like prior, I completely moved out, so that's why there's additional charges. I say hogwash because I had a roommate prior, and I was the CoLeaser in which my roommate moved completely out. He also said there were clothes in the dryer, I told him, "I'm the one who told you and retrieved them," and Charlie Villanuebo also charged for the carpet, but like I said i left cloths in the dryer and the Unit was freshly painted so who cleans carpet after a paint and it was the same carpet when I was there.. So I left a good comment prior regarding the old maintenance and staff, I've also been there for two years.. all the wrong dates on my move out date were deliberate because I returned the keys first thing the next day after the move out date a few times and he was the only one that put the move out date that day.
Also, he's only been there for two months (maybe).. There's nothing wrong with saying, "You don't know," instead of constant deception and shady tactics by management....
Greg offered to give me $25, but we will see and I eventually have to let it go after a while because, obliviously, they're desperate, and I'd just obtain a home but it's the principle..

Old management's customer service skills were a lot better, even regarding the pool times for nearby residents on weekends..

Wow I can't believe my eyes the grounds are so beautiful. We were just here looking at apartments. Never have we seen such a clean outside area and polite people on it! Thank you so much Josh E. Nice to see such a hard working young man! Five out of five stars give this man a raise! ✨

I have lived here for 18 months now I am more than happy in this place. The community is super friendly and in the. Leasing office, specially Anna Tran has been very supportive and helpful in all my inquiries. She is always ready to listen and to find a quick solution to whatever issue I have had. Also, the maintenance staff is very helpful and know their job.

This shout-out is for Anna Tran who helped me with viewing a potential property with IMT Lowry. This young lady is so professional, personal, and informative. I had questions and she answered them thoroughly. For the most part, I pick these properties because of her great communication skills and who the company hires. Thank you Mrs. Tran

I wanted to give this apartment complex a 5-star rating due to the excellent maintenance team and great location also warm welcome when i applied and got approved . However, my experience took a serious turn when someone broke into my truck and stole over $2,000 worth of tools and equipment.

On that day, I felt that Andrea from the leasing office was unresponsive and unsympathetic to my situation. When I tried to speak with the manager, she told me, “we’re not open yet.” Additionally, I noticed there are no security cameras in the area where I parked, which is concerning.

Since the incident, I haven’t received any support or solutions from the management, leaving me anxious about the safety of my vehicle. It seems that security is lacking in this complex, and I can’t help but worry about what might happen next.

Overall, while there are positives, the lack of security and support after my incident has made me reconsider my experience here.

Great place to live! Shout out to Josh, Valentin and the leasing office. They do a great job keeping the development looking great and ensuring whenever you need assistance a friendly face is there to offer it!

Ever since my move in walk-in walkthrough - Anna Tran has gone above and beyond! She probably did a more thorough walkthrough than I did to ensure that any previous defects would not fall on me in the future! She's super friendly and professional. Anna, you're a gem!
