Did the drive thru here, which I've always thought wasn't designed properly as when you get to the last window, you have to turn the car to exit near a pillar. I personally think it should be the 2nd last window, which would make it straight out.
The day we were there, the young guy dealing with us through the headset was very polite & professional & we had a laugh & joke with him, which was great. There's one person we've dealt with here before & every time there's no joking with him & he's deadpan talking to u. He's the same every time. This day was great as he wasn't there & the young guy was brilliant & a real asset to this restaurant. Our food was good & stayed warm until we drove the short journey home. It's not always this way. There were also 2 lights that weren't working properly & flickered so badly that we were just glad we weren't epileptic, so hopefully, they've been fixed. This restaurant, at times, can be a bit hit & miss, but this particular day, it was great & that's what I'll judge it by. Here's hoping the next time we come, it'll be the same level of food that stays warm & the same young guy serving us. I'm not sure of his name, but he was fantastic. On a personal note, I don't like the fries now that they, I presume, put pepper on them. It's bad enough when fries are really salty, but pepper on them too is a fast way to see them go in the bin. They're vile!

Yummy original chicken!
Wanted 2 legs and 2 thighs.
Requested at the counter but was not warm with his response.
The wings were really cold! Not eatable. But with the response received previously din want to ask them at the counter again.
Overall okish.

Between lunchtime and dinnertime, place had nobody sitting in but plenty of take aways,Girl that served us very cheery and polite,food delicious, had a double whopper meal burger amazing, if we were eating in the seated area was spotless....

We had an amazing experience at kfc ayr as we were greeted and had outstanding service from a young man called Kyle a complete breath of fresh air and made our experience a happy and tasty one

The worst thing was the wait for the vegan burger....the rest of the food was sat on the side for ten minutes (going cold). I didn't know whether to blame the staff or the vegetarian ;>)

Food was great, served by yong lady very pleasant, team working well together all organised with great and quick service... The only thing that tainted the visit was either a Regional Manager or a manager I've never seen interfering on customer side of counter generally getting in the way ordering staff around when I could see everything was under control already...and to boot taking over customers orders and getting them wrong...just let the team operate they know what they are doing... you should be proud not controlling and medaling...
