(Update: I have already emailed corporate with this very complaint I will update again once they reach put to me) STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE…… So for starters the store originally had a 4 star review waiting thanks to the nice lady working the day shift here but at 1:30 am approximately the older guy named mike was extremely rude to me basically kicked me out of the store, and not only did not print the extremely expensive pages when I asked nicely and properly but also took them all back threw them in the garbage and did not refund me the $20 he charged me for 5 pages, I did not get my points back nor the rest of the money from my personal debit card refused to allow me to speak with someone else and insulted me as I walked out. We spent millions of dollars in fuel being loyal to loves but sadly we will have to reconsider this and take our business across the street. Not only he should be fired but also put in jail for stealing money from clients and the store itself. An email will be sent to loves corporate directly as well regarding this matter. In hopes that loves stands for their “clean places & smiley faces”. Sad mistake over being rude and $20 due to the lack of training and hiring competent people that can actually rotate a document on a page to print properly.

Just an Opinion

This location is my favorite. Fuel prices are lower than other truck stops around here. Parking spots are limited but wider than others ( no reservations or payments required). Bobtails are invited and BEST OF ALL THIS LOCATION HAS THE MOST FRIENDLY STAFF. Clean place, clean restrooms and showers. I call it my second home.

I locked myself out of my truck and they offered me the loaner tools to unlock my truck. It worked out and saved me headache and money. One time the staff was busy and the Manager Bill walked out , while chewing his food, and helped me with my purchase. The employees are so proactive that amazes me. The Subway is open 24/7.
My great ? experience. ( I bid contracts in Oklahoma and take my rest/ breaks at this location.
I want to congratulate the management and the owner of this location.

Today on July 19, 2023 the hot- dogs are free. The Love’s is celebrating the National HotDog ? day.

Friendly staff and very clean store. There's not much parking here for trucks but there's enough, I found a spot at 3:30 am which is usually when there's not a spot in sight. The showers are incredibly nice, clean, and seem brand new. Pulling in was also pretty easy.

There was a black girl working at subway. Complain she was tired and had a bad attitude. I am 47 years and never in my life I would take it out on customers when I'm tired. It shows she doesn't have parents to teach her. The black community has to teach their children better. It's sad because my best friend is married to a black chick and I met up with him this month he wants a divorce. Black women have to learn thar the world isn't against you. So sad

A Loves Male employee approached me and started getting onto me about being in the fuel island and going to Braums… First off I’m not that driver! My husband and I team!!! He was with the truck, we pulled up a driver got done fueling and we were next to fuel. While my husband was with the truck I walked to Braums and got 2 ice cream cones (which don’t take hours to make). The entire time my husband was with the truck and moved accordingly. This employee spotted me walking to the truck and walks up to me and tells me how I need to not block the fuel lanes and he has trucks coming in every 5 mins…. First off the truck wasn’t left unattended secondly he only approached me seeing me coming from the Braums direction! He didn’t say a word to the guy that was parked in the first fuel lane since we arrived! He also didn’t approach the guy whom was parked before the last fuel island whom was still there when we pulled away. A truck pulled up behind us didn’t even fuel, and hadn’t been there that long before the Loves employee yelled at me, and I wasn’t even driving the truck, my husband was in the front seat of the truck ready to move. This guy had NO VALID reason to approach only me, and single me out! I should have shoved the ice cream in his face, but an assault charge wasn’t worth his petty BS! Use to be my favorite Loves to stop fuel shower and food… now it’s just another petty poor excuse of a truck stop with petty employees that think they have to be the parking police!

5 stars for very nice staff and clean restaurants in shower... The places under construction... Even though had only 3 showers available was in a shower quickly and they cleaned it app right away for the next customer.. Parking is hard to get to blind side backing after the fuel island.. Very delicious hamburgers at the store nearby and ice cream yummy enjoy your stay
