Service drinks and food were outstanding definitely will be coming back. We started with the lemon calamari fritti alongside with a lavender lemon drop and a three sheets. Out entrees were the grilled chicken sandwich with tomato soup and the special pasta with grilled chicken balsamic reduction topped with pine nuts. So delicious and the service was great too very accommodating.

I have been craving some italian food. This is the only one I know near my place and the first time I went here, I really liked the Pork Fusili, I like the combination of pesto with the pork stew, it's spicy but delicious. The calamari is also good. But for gelato, theirs is nothing special with it ?

Surprisingly fair prices considering the great quality of the food. This place is great. Definitely the best place (one of the only places) to go in Elk Grove. The kids meals are cheaper than the chain restaurants and include a drink and dessert.

This isn’t our first time eating here and in fact we love the food but after Covid this service has gone down and the prices are up. $80 for 3 items clearly smaller than when we dine in ? absolutely crazy! Multiple times I have placed orders for pick up and I get my order only to get home and it’s completely wrong or the wrong sauces in the bag. Then we have to drive all the way back only for the same server I spoke to over the phone to not even have the items missed or forgotten ready to go. The server is not apologetic upon receiving my complaint just reassuring that they did not make a mistake. As customers we pay for the food and experience. The food is good the experience has slowly gotten worse.

I was in the area and craving some pasta, so I stumbled upon this restaurant through Google Maps, and I’m glad I decided to check it out. Our server was excellent, and the food was quite good. We ordered the combination pizza, Alfredo with grilled chicken, fried calamari, and fettuccine arrostiti. The serving sizes were perfect for one person, depending on how hungry you are. Overall, we had a great experience dining here. Definitely a must-try! ?

First time dining in the restaurant and I had next review on it. First impression was unique with indoor outdoor dining. But upon look closer, the decor and restaurant looks a bit dirty. The booths are very uncomfortable and hard to sit on. However, the foods are absolutely delicious with many varieties of options. The service waitresses is great doing a amazing job serving out dining needs.

Every single thing about our meal and experience was five stars! We went on a three day weekend thinking we would have a long wait but were seated quickly and promptly greeted by Kayla R our server. She was friendly and prompt and answered the questions we had about some of the items.
My mother chose the scampi and I chose the carbonara and added the blackened chicken. It was by far the best pasta dish I have ever had! The pasta was cooked to perfection and the sauce was crave worthy! Just perfect! Our meals came out quickly and piping hot.
Every single thing about this meal was spot on and we can’t wait to come back. The only problem is I can’t see how I can ever order something else after trying this dish!

I have been to the various Paesano's locations across the greater Sacramento area, and the Elk Grove location is no different for its really good food, service, and atmosphere. The freshness and quality of the dishes were exceptional, with my daughters enjoying their delicious spaghetti and fettuccini Alfredo. The calamari and bocce ball starters were highlights for me - one of the bests I've ever had.

Our server was attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience. The relaxed and beautiful atmosphere added to the enjoyment of our lunch. Paesano's Elk Grove is a reliable choice for a delightful experience.
