Pizza Hut Delivery - Stoke-on-Trent

I've eaten from many Pizza Huts over the years and have been usually happy with the pizzas, however, I have to say, this is the worst pizza I've had from anywhere. The crust was noticeably stale and was like a cracker. The toppings were sparse and the pizza overall was simply awful. Will not be ordering anything from this shop again.

I have ordered from this Pizza Hut many times and usually very good. However today I waited an hour for the Pizza which was missing the garlic dips I ordered. I asked the delivery guy and he just said call the Pizza Hut and wasnt very understanding at all. As if they don't carry extra dips just in case. Anyway I tried to call Pizza hut and no answer. £1 thrown into the ether never to return.
Dissapointed as I am a customer who has ate from this Pizza hut for many years.

We have used Pizza hut many times, today ordered our food at 17:45, estimated delivery was due 18:15 - 18:25. Still no food by 18:40 (App said food was cooking), 18:42 we rang the shop, we got told sorry still no driver. 18:50 we cancelled the order, but then we have to chase a refund from the head office. Sorry your standards are slipping, i guess it's the cost of fuel making delivery drivers find other work.

Always ordered from Meir pizza Hut since its been open. Today we ordered our pizza. We waited almost an hour to receive clearly the wrong pizzas. It then took several attempts to get through to the store using their contact number. The guy on the other end of the phone sounded like he couldn't be arsed in general and said he'd send us our correct order out and instantly put the phone down.
We then waited a further hour to recievd our right order. The delivery guy had no idea he was collecting the wrong order and we never had a sorry through the whole experience. Safe to say after today we'll be using domino's. The pizza wasn't even worth the ordeal and 2 hour wait.

Absolutely shocking service...decided and ordered a delivery. 15 minutes AFTER it was confirmed we get a call to say they didn’t have a basic ingredient so couldn’t fulfill our order. We then had to go elsewhere taking more time and having to collect it ourselves. 14 days after and I still don’t have my money back. This place couldn’t even be bothered to arrange the refund for us...we had to contact customer service and request it ourselves!! I have since been told that they can request it for us, they obviously just couldn’t be bothered...won’t be using Pizza Hut again

Collected my order that contained hot desserts but the manager failed to provide the accompanying ice cream. After we had our pizza, we noticed this error.

I contacted the store and spoke to the manager who was unapologetic and refused to either replace the hot dessert (as it had gone cold by now) or refund.

I drive back to the store and spoke to (Kev?) who immediately started to replace the items. Out of nowhere, the manager intervened and said that “he is not to get a replacement” - after this, I challenged the manager who advised me that since the desert was hot at the point of sale, the transaction is complete and therefore no replacement would be issued.

I simply did not agree and argued that the ice cream is part of the dessert and therefore forms part of the order. The manager did not replace the items and instead ignored me and walked away and refused to speak to me on the matter.

After ONE HOUR of waiting in-store and repeated requests to speak to the manager - the area manager had to be called in and after a few minutes of explaining - I had my replacement dessert and was on my way.

It was clear that the manager, Nathan Buckley was having a bad night - he decided to take it out on his customers and unfortunately for him, I didn’t stand for it.

This manager needs serious retraining in customer service and I would strongly advice Pizza Hut reconsider their appointment in this store.

Big thanks to the staff who seemed apologetic towards the managers attitude and I feel sorry for them that they have to work with someone like Nathan.

Just to add - the manager was not wearing any PPE in regards to the Covid-19 health crisis.

Disastrous experience. Wrong pizza delivered, it then took 30 minutes to get through to someone on the phone at the branch, they had only one delivery driver who was third party so no one really held responsible. Told a replacement would have been over 1hr to deliver, so only refund available. My advice would be to avoid here.

I ordered the pizza, waited over an hour, I tried to call them but they were closed, the driver turned up after 30 mins more waiting. I told them I'm not accepting the pizza as it's been 2 hours since I ordered and the pizza he had was almost folded in half..

The driver said "I'm not surprised, I'm getting this all the time, they're accepting more orders than they can process"
