Service and Hygiene Issues.
This is to let the Management know the service status of the outlet.
Time of visit - 5th Jan, 9 PM.
I along with my family visited the outlet and saw that most of the tables were empty, but at the same time, not clean.
My kid asked the person at the counter to clean them, they said ok.
After 5 minutes, I went up to the counter and said that most of the tables are not clean, do u want to us to stay or leave.
The counter guy in a way ignored me and kept on taking the order from another party. I waited for another 2 minutes, when no one came, I took the pictures and we went out of the outlet.

I recently visited Pizza Hut and was extremely disappointed with my experience. When my order arrived, I noticed something that was both shocking and unacceptable—there were insects moving on the pizza toppings! This completely ruined the meal and was a serious hygiene concern. I immediately informed the staff, but their response lacked urgency and concern. I expected much better standards from a brand like Pizza Hut, but this experience has made me lose trust in their cleanliness and food quality. I won’t be returning anytime soon and wouldn’t recommend it to others either.

Better to open the counter in the food court area, atleast don't fool the customers to promise a dine-in experience.

When it comes to pizza cravings, Pizza Hut always tops my list. Their pizzas are consistently hot, fresh, and undeniably delicious. Located on the 3rd floor of Gaur City Mall, this outlet may have limited seating, but it's always bustling, especially on weekends. However, the service is commendable, with attentive service boys ensuring that meals are served promptly at the table.

One standout item on their menu is the Masala Mirinda, a must-try beverage that perfectly complements their pizzas. Amidst the bustling atmosphere,

stands out for his exemplary behavior. Not only is he polite and humble to everyone, but he also possesses a wealth of knowledge about the menu offerings, making him a valuable asset to the team.

In summary, Pizza Hut at Gaur City Mall offers an unbeatable combination of delectable pizzas, efficient service, and a welcoming ambiance. And with staff like Rishav, who embody professionalism and warmth, it's no wonder why it's always my first choice for pizza outings.

Pizza was not fresh, Very poor hygiene, and ambience was very low standard. The person who was cleaning the table was the one preparing the pizza. And the person himself was very unhygienic.

Very poor service by the employee there . They delayed the order and blaming to the zomato rider. Instead of accepting their mistake.

The worst thing about them, their card machine or UPI doesn’t work..!
I somehow on the machine they were able to display the QR code, and, I completed the payment of Rs 924. The card machine didn’t show it, and amount is debited from account. They said it will be refunded in 1-2 hours, i checked my statement again, no refund.
When they know the machine has issues, why do they scam people for it. I was really hungry, so, i paid cash. Now i am down double money and no response or help from them.

Food and the service was fine. But, i can see in last few years the standards of PizzaHut has down downhill.
I will move towards consumer court for such scam.
