"Disappointing experience at Pizza Hut. The customer service was subpar - our server seemed uninterested and took a while to attend to our needs.

But what really bothered me was the hygiene. I witnessed multiple staff members scratching their foreheads and then handling food without washing their hands. This was really off-putting and made me question the cleanliness of the kitchen.

Food quality was average, but the poor service and hygiene concerns overshadowed any potential enjoyment.

Recommendations for improvement:

1. Enhance customer service training for staff.
2. Emphasize the importance of hand hygiene and proper food handling procedures.

Until then, I'll think twice about returning."

I recently had the Chicken Sizzler pizza from here, and I’m really disappointed. For a pizza that’s supposed to highlight chicken, there were just 1 or 2 tiny chunks—barely enough to notice! It felt like I was eating a plain pizza with a misleading name. It was not satisfying and not flavorful. The bread was hard and didnt like it. I won't be ordering this again, and I hope the team steps up their quality control.

This is the worst experience in my entire life with customer service and unprofessional manager and rude team member .

I ordered pizza where they just took my order with a discrmination manner and rude behaviour.
Then i waited for more than 25 min to collect my pizza where I was the only customer in store.

After the pizza came out of the oven staff didnt even care to cut pizza and handover me as they just having fun in back of room.

Worst customer service experience ever as they didnt even offer me free dip with large pizza until i pay extra 0.99p for both.

Children Supreme was great. I was on a date with my wife. When food was served, a random guy from the street came to us and asked if he could have some pizza. My wife got a shock &;we refused him. When I informed one of the staffs of the incident, they didn't acknowledge anything and didn't even apologise. Very poor example of customer service. Not coming here again

i visited two times this place first of all staff have no manners how to talk with customer the boy who gave the order to me told everything rudely and second thing was they didn't gave any bag for take away......if u want to be insulted than highly recommended
