We were the 110th order of the night. We waited 90 minutes for our pies and sides, with the end result being dry, burnt pizza, as well as chicken wings that were definitely past their prime. We've been ordering here for nearly the entire 20 years of the restaurants existence, and have just received our single worst order, by a longshot, within that time period. I can't say what's changed, maybe it's new management or an act of God, but I don't think we have any reason to order again, especially when considering the influx of competition around the valley.

At the end of the day I'm just bummed. Sad to see a local favorite underperform, but I guess all good things must come to an end.

Good luck, soda creek. You've been good to us for 20 years but now it seems it's time to move on. May you iron out the problems that plagued our most recent, and final, order.

Edit: we had our pizza replaced free of charge, and the replacement tastes just as remembered, delicious as usual. Still, something happened this evening and we are weary to order again. I'll happily change this review from one to three stars, but we're still bummed with the original result. Thanks for the prompt replacement, it meant a lot to our hungry souls. God speed, soda creek.

Love this place. Ordered twice while in Steamboat Springs and was completely satisfied! The calzones are great and the Chicago style pizza is just BA. Recommend this place, they even deliver! Looks better in person lol.

The elk sausage pizza is fantastic! It is my go-to selection every time. However, this past time, I was feeding a few extra people, so we added the Snow in Texas. Wow....what a great companion to the elk sausage! The elk sausage pizza has very bold flavors, whereas the Snow in Texas pizza is mild yet delicious! Every specialty pizza is well worth the cost. Bear in mind, the crust, the chicken, and sauces are made on site daily, cheese is freshly shredded, all ingredients are great quality. I don't eat pizza anywhere else.

We chose to order from Soda Creek because of their claim to having fast delivery. After an hour and a half, the driver calls lost and asking for directions although he already had the correct address. When he eventually arrives, he won’t deliver up to our door - as we were assured he would - and instead he asked that I come out to the main building to meet him. I get back to the condo and realize that our $42 order of one large Carnivore pizza has no meat on it. I call him back to tell him he must’ve handed me the wrong order, and he very rudely tries to argue saying that I must’ve placed the order incorrectly, even though I’m reading to him the receipt on the pizza box that says “16 inch Carnivore”. I then spoke to (maybe) the manager who sounded very overwhelmed and swamped but was kind enough to refund 100% of our tab. Other than the poor experience prior to that, the (meatless) pizza was decent and still warm.

I've been a customer of Soda Creek Pizza for close to a decade. As a Jersey kid who grew up on pizza, I can honestly say that Soda Creek Pizza has the best pizza in Steamboat. The dough, sauce and toppings are fresh and high quality and the service is excellent. On the rare occasion when there was a mistake in my order, the manager or owner went out of her or his way to make good for the error. Bottom line: For my money, Soda Creek Pizza is my first choice for pizza in Steamboat Springs. PS: The chicken wings are the biggest and meatiest of any I've ever had anywhere!

Great place for a lunch slice. Combo deal 2 slices and a drink $6 pizza is good and pies are incredible.

The customer service was good, although they did argue with me for a moment about the email special I received, but they did honor it. The pizza was ok, a little doughy and not great flavor. Not to mention the morning after....I'll spare you all the details. The mozzarella sticks were soggy. For $6 we got 5 soggy sticks. I'll stick with Blue Sage or Brooklyn's instead. 07/25/2017: The owner personally reached our to to me and offered not only an apology, but outstanding concern and customer service. Thank you.

My first experience was a good one! This is regular people running a regular pizza shop. Some of these negative reviews are totally unreal. Anyway...

I ordered wings & a pizza. My food was delicious and the staff was very friendly when I walked in to pick up. Ordering online was a breeze!
