Have been coming here for years, and today there was 6 mins left until they closed the dressing rooms and I was told I couldn’t try my few pieces of clothes on because security had told them to close the dressing rooms already, I went to talk to security and he told me that wasn’t true, and also made my husband take off his hoodie due to “security” reasons but there was people with beanies and caps on how does this make sense So I left my stuff and decided not to buy from them .

0 stars. I would not recommend applying for a job at this company. The working environment, particularly in the production department, is unprofessional and challenging. I have a family member employed here who is subjected to poor treatment and is frequently accused of unjust allegations. The management team, including team leads and supervisors, often seem to be on power trips, contributing to a toxic atmosphere. HR appears to be ineffective, as many employees have expressed concerns and complaints that go unresolved. There is a high turnover rate, likely due to the lack of proper training of employees , poor management, and overall unprofessional conduct within the company. I frequent this store regularly and know that all sales are final. However i recently yesterday 9/20/24 went and bought bed sheets that were labeled as FULL size and when i got home they both turned out to be twin size! I honestly am very upset as ive tried calling the store and no answer. I had to reach out to the one all the way in Denton and was told that i had to go and talk to management THERE in denton. I dont have a vehicle right now let alone to go all the way to denton to TRY and beg for at the very least a store credit.. (since i cant even find my receipt) .. this is ridiculous policy and it should definitely be changed as it was THEIR mistake and not mines. As i said This is absolutely ridiculous.. i dnt have the extra time or money to just spend on a stores mistake!

The service is incredibly slow, and the prices are exorbitant. This is unbelievable, especially in 2024. I witnessed the manager, Anna, yelling and mistreating her employees in a disgusting and arrogant manner.

Used to always come to this thrift but I will no longer be returning. Horrible experience they act like a high end store the security guard is very rude, YANKING the shopping cart away from you at the register as you’re still paying. My sons foot was stuck in a cart and the sales associate couldn’t wait so she forced herself and her clothes liner in the way hurting my son. VERY RUDE staff never coming back.

A 50% off storewide sale day is very chaotic! Prepare to have patience and good walking shoes as there are "diamonds in the rough".
