A few days ago, I was a walk in at Westway Ford Irving. I went to get my car appraised & received more than their competitors offered for my vehicle. I do have to mention Gary Reyes is also my son but I am very particular about my pocket and my purchases. I am the most difficult customer, because I am responsible for my own finances. I am also a sales person in my field. The Finance Manager Ryan Waldrop was very attentive and showed me options of every scenario I requested for my service contract selections. Thank you Team! Buying a car can sometimes be an emotional experience and for that reason you need a team who not only knows how to sell, but can handle the customer with care.

My salesman, Cristian was that guy! He balanced professionalism with a personable attitude that made me feel comfortable, confident in the product as well as the work that they do. He handled me with dignity and respect…did I mention I was a bit emotional ?

For example, he brought me a vehicle to look at. I liked it but I wanted a specific color. He drove around their huge selection of inventory ( several times I’m told…lol), until he found just what I wanted and then made it happen!!
Everyone I met there were amazing, high spirited and knew their craft!

Started out kinda of shakey because my cousin and I were initially there for her to trade in her car and she was eyeballing a Santa Fe. Long strory short Ben and B worked together and made our situation wonderful. Our deal was all done online as we found our Ford on Car Gurus. The deal was easy the finance was awesome and delivery went so smooth. I flew into Dallas and was picked up by Kenya. She took me to the dealership and everything was ready for our review. From the initial interaction via Text with Destiny to finishing up our financing with Sindia, the whole entire atmosphere was very welcoming and we were very satisfied with the car that we purchased.
